WHO WE ARE
Huxbuds
started in 2000 as a serious hobby supplying hanging baskets and greeting cards to family and friends and then in 2001 expanded into a home based business aimed at niche markets of basket and container re-fills for private and public house/hotel corporate customers. The floral side expanded into bespoke bouquets and arrangements to order as well as catering for the specialist occasions of weddings and functions. The craft side continues to expand to include new designs and techniques in card making and customised designs for Christmas decorations.
About Us
In 2024 due to health reasons I decided to close the horticultural side of the business and concentrate on the floral and craft side.

What we need
We only collect basic personal information about you which does not include any “special” types of information or “location” based information. This does however include name, address and telephone number
Why we need it
We need to know your basic personal information in order to provide sales services. We will only collect personal information from you that we need in order to provide and oversee these services.
What we do with it
All the personal data we hold is used for the provision of our service to you. We do not share it with any third party.
How long we keep it
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
What we would also like to do with it
We would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone or email. We will not use automated phone or SMS based marketing.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal information, you can contact our Accounts Manager who will investigate the matter.
